Pilates Body Sculpt
The Pilates Body Sculpt class focuses on improving flexibility and building strength for the total body. It also improves muscle control while
toning the core system.
The class provides differing structures to advance differing levels that will help attain your fitness goals:
- Stability Ball -The ball gives you the ability to feel and engage the deep muscle layers, which helps build control of posture performance.
- Mat work -The mat work approach will teach you to control muscle movement and flexibilty with specific floor exercises. These exercises begin at
a basic level and increase in difficulty with each set of repetitions. This helps you identify with your own level of strength and welcomes the ability for
your body to become stronger with class.
- Stability Ball & Hand Weights/Body Bar - This adds the stability ball to incorporate deep muscle layers. We also use light hand weights or body bars to help build upper body control and tone and strengthen the upper part of the back and spine.
This class is great for anyone who wants to be in top condition. Whether you are recovering from an injury, wanting to get in shape, or are in great shape
