Mississauga Class Schedule

Family Day Weekend Schedule:

Sat Feb 15 and Sun Feb 16: classes to run as scheduled.

Monday February 17: **8:45am Cardio Flow w Michelle and 10am Flow with Dino. No evening classes.

***In the case of a snow storm and our studio will cancel classes - you will be informed via email, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.  Be sure to "like" or add yourself to our pages to keep updated or call 905-897-8680!!***

***There is no reserving of spots, so please arrive early to avoid disappointment.***


Parivartan Mississauga has two yoga rooms. Studio 1 is our dedicated Infrared Hot Yoga Room and all classes in this room can reach up to 100 F. Please bring a mat, towel, water, and dress lightly.

Studio 2 is dedicated to our non-heated classes.

Mat Rentals - $1.00. To promote sanitation, we recommend that you bring your own yoga mat. Mat cleaners are also provided.

Water is available for purchase.

Studio Guidelines

  1. If you are late, please do not enter the class until the teacher lets you in after the opening relaxation is complete. If the class is full, you will not be permitted into the class.
  2. Classes are on a first come, first serve basis. Our heated studio can accommodate 24 people and Studio 2 accomodates 13 people. To keep your practice enjoyable, we will not squeeze people beyond these numbers. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment as we do not save mat spaces.
  3. Please remove your shoes at the door and hang up your jacket. Valuables can be stored in our cubbys. Do not place belongings on the studio floor. We are not responsible for lost/stolen items.
  4. Do not bring any food into the studio. Water or juice is permitted to keep you hydrated during your practice.
  5. All cell phones are to be turned off or on silent in the studio. Cell phones are not allowed into our yoga rooms.
  6. To respect those around you, please refrain from talking during the class. This can be distracting to the Instructor and your fellow students.
  7. Stay for savasana. This is the most important part of the practice. Savasana will help you keep energized for the rest of your day.
  8. SILENCE is necessary for meditation and centering while in the yoga rooms.
  9. Students who go into the Heated Room must be at least 16 years of age. In our Non-Heated Room, all students are welcome over the age of 12.

*** Please be mindful of your fellow yogis, and arrive on time for the classes. If you are late, the door may be locked or if the class is full, the Instructor may not allow you to enter.

New Yogis to the Studio: All our classes are on a drop-in basis. There is no need to pre-register, but please arrive 15-20 minutues prior to your first class to get settled in and registered.
